The Mobirec copper electrorefining pilot plant is a 0.6 tpd pilot-scale facility designed to evaluate and optimize the copper electrorefining process, converting impure anodes into high-purity cathode copper.
The plant integrates copper electrorefining with a bleed electrolyte purification circuit to maintain process chemistry and extend electrolyte life. A dedicated wastewater treatment unit ensures regulatory compliance and supports water recycling. On-site analytical capabilities enable real-time process monitoring, control, and development work to support future scale-up.
